Chuck Phillips (aka Charles B. Phillips III), age 74, of Elyria, formerly of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on November 3, 2023 at UH Main Campus in Cleveland. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on August 7, 1949. Chuck had a love for people. He volunteered playing the organ at church, feeding the homeless, and visiting those who are incarcerated. Survivors include his sisters, Elaine (Bruce) Heater and Pamela Rager; brothers, Kenneth (Sandi) and Brian (Colleen). A Celebration of Life will be held after the new year at the Elyria Seventh Day Adventist Church 9652 Murray Ridge Road Elyria, OH 44035. Pastor Marius Marton will officiate. Burial will be private.
