Yolanda H. "Lola" Robertson, (nee-Lengyel), 95, of Elyria passed away Tuesday at her home following a long illness. She was born August 27, 1915 in Huron and was a lifelong Elyria/Lorain resident. Lola was a member of the Christian Heritage Assembly of God Church in Avon. She was very involved in childrens christian education and enjoyed cooking and traveling. Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Glenn; daughter, Karen Schor of Bonita Springs, FL.; son, Ken Robertrson of Avon; 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Kody, and brothers, Alex and John Lengyel. The family will receive friends Thursday (today) 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Jeffrey Phail will Officiate. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
