Winfred E. "Wimp" Reed 69, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly on Saturday November 23, 2013 at EMH HealthCare in Elyria. He was born August 11, 1944 in Crossville, TN. Wimp retired from U.S. Steel in Lorain, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, and golf. Survivors include his wife of forty three years; Priscilla C. (nee: Killian), a daughter; Trisha L. Stidham (Adam) of Lakewood, a son; Bill H. Reed (Wendy) of Orwell, OH. Additional survivors include two grandchildren; Kate and Kerrigan, his mother; Ruby Reed (nee: Hale), three sisters; Tamera Lengyel (Alex) of Elyria, Lesa Haymond (Cecil) of Rock Cave, WV, Susan Barnes of Lorain, and a brother; Donald (Alyce) of Elyria. Wimp was preceded in death by his father; Bill Reed, and a sister; Anna Palczer.
