William Edward Thomasson Jr., 89, of Elyria passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Fairview General Hospital. William was the owner of Thomasson Chips and former part owner of Grafton Lanes for 23 years. He proudly served his Country in the United States Army during Korea. He was a member of Elyria American Legion, VFW post # 1079, Elyria Rotary, and Elyria Elks and was very dedicated to the Boy Scouts. Survivors include his wife, Pamela (nee Krock); daughter, Tammy (Gerald) Lattimer; sons, Tom (Becky) and Ted (Kelly); 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Susie (Tom) Maiden; sister-in-law Joan Thomasson. He was preceded in death by his parents William and W. Mary Thomasson (nee Loescher); sons, William E. III and Gerald; brother, James.
