William D. "Bill" Minney, 64, of Elyria passed away Sunday March 29, 2020 at his home following a long illness. He was born December 20, 1955 in Elyria and was an Elyria resident for most of his life. Bill retired in 2019 as a Purchasing Manager at Roscoe Medical in Strongsville. A 1974 Elyria High School graduate, he was a member of Midview Baptist Church and enjoyed reading, especially his Bible and being a full-time caregiver to his mother. Survivors include his daughter, Patricia (Jason) Malobicky; grandchildren, Gwen and Sadie; mother, Reba Minney; sister, Paula (David) Jagielski; brother, Bryan (Mary) Minney; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Darrell in 1987. Private graveside services were held at Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Grafton with Tim Mayo, Pastor of Midview Baptist Church Officiating.
