Vickie Lynn Elkins (nee Smoot) 61, passed away unexpectedly Sunday January 22, 2017 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. She was born March 19,1955 in Logan, W. VA. Vickie was a retired Beautician. Survivors include her daughter Kelly (John) Dixon of Elyria; son Steven R. of N. Ridgeville; 12 grandchildren; sisters Linda, Jean, and Annalee; brothers Roger and Richard. She was preceded in death by her husband Terry L. Sr. in 2007; son Terry L. Jr.; sister Joyce; brothers Otis, Jesse, and Ronnie.
