Valerie N. Salcedo Williams 55, of Elyria passed away Monday July 31, 2017 at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born December 26, 1961 in Cleveland. Valerie enjoyed traveling, eating exotic foods, cookouts, family gatherings, and especially her family. Survivors include her husband Kenneth; parents Lee Hogue (Tammy) and Willie Wilson (nee McGhee); daughters Bianca Salcedo of Houston TX.; Valerie Salcedo and Pashiana Salcedo both of Elyria; sons Charles Urban of Elyria, Christopher Salcedo Sr. of Cleveland; sisters Ermise (Edward) Stallworth of Cleveland, Annie (Amos) Fountain of Lorain, Stacey (Donald) Nettles of Twinsburg, Debra (Robert) Lind of Lorain, Lisa (Mark) Hogue-Morrow of Cleveland, Learia Cox of Cleveland; brothers Jesse Hogue of Mansfield, Daniel Hogue of Cleveland, Darnell and Adrian Wilson both of Cleveland, Ricardo Hogue of Maryland; grandchildren Micah, Ava, Christopher Jr., Miya, and Charlie. She was preceded in death by her step father William Wilson , and her brother Dion Hogue.
