Tina M. Conrad

Tina M. Conrad, of Elyria, passed away at University Hospital of Elyria, surrounded by her family on Friday, June 12, 2026, after a long battle with significant health issues. Tina was born in Elyria, Ohio on September 18, 1969. Tina lived her entire life in the Elyria area and was a graduate of Midview High School. She worked as an in-home health care provider for many years until health concerns prevented her from continuing in this field. She was also instrumental in caring for her parents for many years.

Tina is survived by her brothers Dallis (Speed) Conrad Jr (Ann) and Andrew (Andy) Conrad; niece, Katherine (Katie) Moore (Ryan); nephews, Dallis Conrad III (Kristen) and Jordan Conrad (Kathryn); great nieces and great nephew Tatum Moore, Dallis Conrad IV, and Madeline Conrad; and her best friend and care giver Spirit Prayer.

She was preceded in death by Dallis Conrad Sr (father) and Ruth Seel (mother).

A “Celebration of Life” gathering will be held at the Grafton VFW (783 Huron St, Grafton, OH 44044) on Sunday, September 13 from 1pm to 5pm.
