Timothy G. Zmuginsky 34, of Carlisle Twp. passed away in an ATV accident on Sunday July 6, 2014. He was born April 5, 1980 in Elyria. Tim was a self employed contractor. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He loved hunting, archery, gardening, shooting pool, taking care of the family farm, and spending time with his friends. Survivors include his parents; Edward John II and Susan Marie (nee: Simkovich) Zmuginsky of Carlisle Twp., a sister; Pamela L. Shivak (Brian) of Carlisle Twp., a brother; Edward "Skip" Zmuginsky of Toledo, Additional survivors include his grandmother; Eleanor Zmuginsky of Carlisle Twp., a niece; Karissa A. Shivak of Elyria, a nephew; Michael K. Shivak of Carlisle Twp., his girlfriend; Holly D. Holzhauer of Carlisle Twp., and his cat; Izzy. Family will receive friends 4-8 PM Thursday July 10, 2014 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
