Thomas William Payne 48 of North Ridgeville passed away unexpectedly Tuesday January 5, 2016 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. He was born July 9, 1967 in Cleveland and was a graduate of North Ridgeville High School, where he was a member of the marching band. Thomas worked for minuteman staffing as an office manager. He enjoyed video games , motorcycles and he loved his dog Moogie. Survivors include his sister Gloria Payne of Elyria , brothers Elmer Jr. of North Ridgeville , Michael (Tracy) of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer Sr. and Elsie (nee Bunting) , sister Linda Tobin. There will be no visitation or services. Burial Private.
