Thomas D. Bott, 56, of Elyria passed away Tuesday January 19, 2021 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake following a long illness. He was born October 14, 1964 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Tom was employed as a machine operator at Diamond Products in Elyria, was a 1983 Elyria High School graduate and enjoyed music, playing darts, fishing and was an avid NASCAR fan. Survivors include his sister, Cindy (Jack) Kovacs; brothers, Randy (Vicki) Bott, Tim Bott, and Devlyn Adams, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Jeanne Bott, sister, Debbie McDermott and brothers, Brad and Terry Bott. Private services were held Wednesday January 27, 2021 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria. Private burial was at Ridgehill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
