Theodore E. Lockmiller Sr. 84, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday November 1, 2012 at his home in Grafton. Husband of 47 years to Dorothea "Dotty" Lockmiller (nee: Brock) Father of Theodore E. Lockmiller Jr. of Maple Heights, Michelle (Peter) Leiterman of Allegan, MI., Tammy (Ed) Lockmiller of Belvidere, IL., Grandfather of Joshua Brigham, Ethan Lockmiller, and Avery Lockmiller. Brother of Gary Lockmiller. He was born April 20, 1928 in Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his father; Clarence J. Lockmiller; mother; Nellie (Morrison) Lockmiller, and a brother; Eugene Lockmiller. Ted graduated from Maple Heights High School and Western Reserve College. He was also a U.S. Army veteran. He worked in manufacturing sales throughout his career and ran his own company; Stamping Productivity Consulting before retiring. He was a member of Theodore Breck Masonic Lodge No. 714, Al Koran Shriners, and Lorain County Shrine Club. Memorial services 12:00 Noon Saturday November 24, 2012 at The Lutheran Church of the Covenant 19000 Libby Rd. Maple Heights, OH where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time of services. Private family service for interment at Butternut Ridge Cemetery in Eaton Twp., OH. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Shriners' Hospital for Children, Erie or American Diabetes Association.
