Thelma B. Brehm (nee Haun), 90, of Elyria passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake following a brief illness. She was born October 19, 1928 in Ashland, Ohio. Thelma retired from Ridge Tool. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, watching Hallmark Channel movies, loved her family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Thelma was a member of the Elyria Polish Club. Survivors include her sons Billy (Donna) Renninger, Dan (Karen) Nowak, Don (Fran) Nowak; stepdaughters Barbara Mencini, Susan Brehm, Roberta (Keith) Williams, Amy (Dave) Larson; brother Clifford (Sandra) Haun; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Brehm; parents Charles and Myrtle Haun (nee Fry); son Robert W. Renninger; daughter Roxann Sebastian; sisters Mae Booker, Cora Aldrich; brothers Harry " Bud" and Charles W. Haun. Chapel services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Resthaven Memory Gardens (Avon). In lieu of flowers family suggests those who wish may make donations to Charity of choice.
