Tammy J. Kazmierczak, 39, of Grafton passed away Wednesday May 16, 2012 from injuries sustained in a automobile accident. She was born October 12, 1972 in Elyria and was a lifelong Grafton resident. Tammy worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights for the past 4 years. She was a 1990 graduate of Midview High School and a graduate of the nursing program at Lorain County Community College. Her family was her life and organ donation was completed by Lifebanc of Cleveland. Survivors include her daughter, Corey Taylor; sons, Darik and Kain Hoyt; mother, Jane Kerwin of Put-in-Bay; father, Russ Kazmierczak (companion, Jane Dunham) of Grafton; sisters, Tracy Kazmierczak of Port Clinton and Jackie Kerwin of Put-in-Bay; maternal grandmother, Lillian Zeroll of Grafton; niece, Sarah; nephews, Alex, Nikolas, Garrett, and Demetri; best friends, Apryl and Gordon Zellers of Medina. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Clifford Zeroll and paternal grandparents, Frank and Joyce Kazmierczak. The family will receive friends Monday 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt.57), Elyria. 440-322-4626.
