Susan A. Spicer, (nee-Lucki), 77, of Elyria passed away Monday February 17, 2025 at her home.

She was born December 26, 1947 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria area resident.

Susan and her late husband Jim were the owner's of East River Street Convenient Food Mart for 41 years, retiring in 2010. She was a member of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in North Royalton.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Spicer; sons, Samuel Spicer and Timothy Spicer; 7 grandchildren; 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

She was preceded in death by her husband James "Jim" in 1994, a grandchild and 3 brothers.

There will be no visitation.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 22, 2025 at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church 6637 West Sprague Rd. North Royalton.

The Rev. Fr. Joseph Greenwell will be the Celebrant.

Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Elyria.
