Steven Edward Fleming 57, of Wellington passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday February 7, 2024 following a long illness.  He was born March 7, 1966 in Norwalk, OH.  Steve had worked for The General Plug and Manufacturing for over twenty years.  He treasured spending time with his family and friends, enjoyed tinkering with older cars and trucks, as well as working around his home.  Survivors include his wife of twenty eight years; Wendie A. (nee: Majoras),five sisters; Sue Churchill (The late Tom) of Norwalk, Pat Galvin (Bob) of Maumee, Sandy Fleming of Maumee, Martie Aiello of Toledo, Joanie Moosman (John) of Perrysburg, a brother; Mike Fleming of Norwalk.  Additional survivors include numerous nieces and nephews, father and mother in law; Al and Mary (nee: Madok) Majoras, a sister in law; Kellie Duktig (Steve) of North Ridgeville, nephews; Garrett and Brandon Duktig, a brother in law; Scott Majoras of Grafton.  Steve was preceded in death by his parents; Edward Joseph and Francis Marie (nee: Pirrung) Fleming. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 PM Friday February 16, 2024 at St. Patrick Catholic Church 512 N. Main St. Wellington, Ohio. The Reverend Father David Trask, Pastor will be the Celebrant.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions in Steve's memory be sent to PAN CAN 1500 Rosecrans Avenue Suite 200 Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
