Stephanie Nicole Roig "Ebel", 27, passed away on September 22, 2023 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born on August 6, 1996 in Westlake. Stephanie graduated from Midview High School in 2014 and later worked for MedVet as a patient care coordinator. She married her sweetheart, Spenser, on August 19, 2022. Survivors include her husband; sons, Benjamin and Declan; parents, Daniel (Lora); mother-in-law, Emily Roig and father-in-law, Russell Roig; sister-in-law, Kara Roig; brothers, Danny and Christopher; dogs, Ruger, Ryder, Ace and Paisley. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 4 PM – 7 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road in Elyria (at State Rt 57). Burial will be private. Memorial contributions in Stephanie's name can be sent to Berea Animal Rescue Fund "BARF" 10015 E. River Rd. Columbia Station, OH 44028.
