Shirley A. Green, 49, of Grafton passed away Tuesday June 11, 2013 at EMH Healthcare following a brief illness. She was born January 13, 1964 in Oberlin and was a lifelong Elyria area resident. Shirley worked as a floral designer at the former Rainbow Flower and Gift Shop in Grafton. She was a 1982 Elyria High School graduate and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, Bella. Survivors include her daughter, Kelly Ann Songer of Elyria; son, Christopher Songer of Elyria; granddaughter, Bella; parents, Rolland and Carol Green of Elyria; brother, Michael (Jeanne) Green of Columbus; Fiance' Steve Snyder of Grafton. There will be no visitation. Graveside Services will be Wednesday June 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ridgehill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp. (Please meet at front gate). Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria.
