Shirley Margaret Callihan (nee Kagarise), 82, of Grafton passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born March 19, 1937 in Hopewell Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker who enjoyed helping her husband in their small farm, she also enjoyed gardening, crocheting, bingo, and going with her daughter Kim to the casino. She was a lifelong member of the American Legion Auxillary post # 717. Survivors include her daughters Cheryl (George) Haller of Shelbyville, KY., Kimberly (James) McHugh of LaGrange, OH.; grandsons Brian Haller of Cincinnati, OH., Lt. Sean Haller of Fort Knox, KY.; step son Joey (Cyndi) Kauffman of Bedford, PA.; sister-in-law Jenny Basore of New Paris, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Callihan of 59 years; sister Mary Kagarise; mother Frances (Lewis) Findley; step father Gerald Findley. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
