Sherry Lynn Greenholtz, 53, of Elyria joined the Angels on Saturday March 17, 2018 at UH Elyria Medical Center after breathing complications. She was born August 9, 1964 in Amherst. Sherry had a heart of gold and a smile for everyone. She remained loyal to Lorain County and was a bartender for many years. In her free time she enjoyed being outdoors, lying in the sun, planting her small garden and cooking out. The beach was her favorite place to be. Young at heart, what meant the world to her was good food, music and laughter with the people she loved. She is survived by her husband, Bennett Greenholtz; her children, Tiffany and Ryan Olah; grandchildren, Kyle, Kyra, and Adelina Olah; mother, Beverly Brumby (nee-Degan); brother, John (Ellen) Brumby. She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Zsebik and grandmother, Barbara Zsebik (nee-Kovach). Sherry's memorial service will be held at AMVETS Post 32, located at 11087 Middle Ave., Elyria, on Saturday April 7, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m..
