Scott M. Wesemeyer 48, of Elyria passed away at home on Wednesday August 20, 2025 following a brief illness. He was born November 24, 1976 in Elyria. Scott was a member of St. Agnes Church in Elyria.  He was a dedicated family man of great faith, and a Secular Franciscan. Scott was a Scout Master, he enjoyed going to church, trains, model trains, retro toys and movies, Survivors include his wife of twenty one years; Shari A. (nee: Fildes), three sons; Richard P. Wesemeyer of Barberton, Stanislaus T. Wesemeyer of Elyria, and Eli D.Wesemeyer of Elyria. Additional survivors include a sister; Kelly D. Wysocki (David) of Elyria, and a brother; Todd Wesemeyer (Christi Nichols) of Arizona. Scott was preceded in death by his parents; Richard and Diane (nee: Powers) Wesemeyer. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday September 6, 2025  at St. Agnes Church 611 Lake Ave. Elyria, OH 44035 where The Reverend Father Charles T. Diedrick, Pastor will be the Celebrant. (Please meet at church)  Burial will be private.
