Sarah A. Lacko (nee Frame) 72 of Marietta passed away Wednesday October 1, 2014 at Marietta Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born July 23 , 1942 in Wilsie, W. Virginia , and a graduate of Wirt County High School in Elizabeth, W. Virginia. Sarah was a CNC Operator at Moen for 20 years. Survivors include her husband of 23 years Donald , daughters Terri (Wayne) Simmerman of Elyria , Vickie (Rob) Peebles of Dublin , sons Tom (Deanna) of Seville , Steve (Sue) of Lodi , grandchildren Holly , Alex , Jett , Lindsay , Joe, and Kelly , sisters Doris Hoskinson of Ravenna , and Okelene Kidd of Randolph. She was preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Genevive (nee Shirey) , 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday October 3, 2014 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
