Sandra L. "Sandy" Vasbinder, (nee-Ackerman), 77, of Grafton passed away Monday September 21, 2020 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange following a brief illness. She was born August 9, 1943 in Elyria and was a Grafton resident for many years, coming from North Ridgeville. Sandy worked as a Registered Nurse at Fairview General Hospital for many years and was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Grafton. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, John "Jack; son, Michael Vasbinder; sister, Carol (Mike) Mullin and many cousins. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday October 2, 2020 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 708 Erie St., Grafton. The Rev. Fr. John P. Seabold will be the Celebrant. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church Building Fund 708 Erie St. Grafton, OH. 44044.
