Sandra Kay "Sandy" Johnson (nee Staszak), 75, of Elyria passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born April 20, 1947 in Lorain, OH and was a 1965 graduate of Elyria High School.  Sandy was the owner of Wallpapering by Sandy. She enjoyed making greeting cards, bible study at the Church of the Open Door and Trinity Evangelical Free Church and spending time with family at Myrtle Beach. Sandy was a generous soul and had a great heart, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her husband of 56 years Leonard; daughters, Traci Changeri, LeAnn (Brian) Millard; grandchildren, Michael, Hannah, Johnathan and Nora; sisters, Veronica (Frank) Kaminski, Beverly (Richard) Anderson. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ruby Staszak (nee Widdowson); and  brother George Staszak. Family will receive friends from 10AM until time of service at 12 PM Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Trinity Evangelical Free Church 46485 Middle Ridge Rd. Amherst, OH 44001. Pastor Chris Reutopohler will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens (Avon).
