Sandra L. Kaser-Franklin 70, of Elyria was called home on Friday January 18, 2013 following a long illness. She was born July 3, 1942 in Cleveland, OH. Sandra was a local area psychic, she enjoyed NASCAR, and bingo. Survivors include her loving husband; Robert "Wayne" Franklin, three daughters; Peggy Lynn Proctor of Elyria, Bobbi J. Shaw (Mark) of Cuyahoga Fall, Darcy S. Souders (Gabriel) of Shelbyville, TN, two sons; Raymond L. Wagner of Byesville, OH, David A. Wagner of Elyria. Additional survivors include nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, four sisters, and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents; Luther and Louise (nee: Czomply) Kaser.
