Sandra Kay Burkey (nee: Jason) 64, of LaGrange passed away unexpectedly Thursday November 17, 2011 at her home. She was born July 8, 1947 in McDonald, IL. She had attended Cornerstone Baptist Church, and was a loving Christian woman. Sandra treasured spending time with her grandchildren and foster grandchildren, and enjoyed dining out at restaurants. She will be missed by many. Survivors include two daughters; Sherri Baker, Rosemary Hall, two sons; Brian and Glenn Burkey. Additional survivors include five grandchildren; Adrian, Katrina, Nicholas, Jason, Haleyrose, a sister; Shelley Rooney, and a brother; Don Jason.
