Sam Radyk, 92, of Elyria passed away Wednesday August 14, 2019 at the O'Neill Healthcare Center in Bay Village following a long illness. He was born May 17, 1927 in Sheffield Village and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Sam was the owner of the former Sam's Lanes in Elyria for many years, served in the United States Army during W.W. II and enjoyed vintage cars. Survivors include his daughters, Suzie Charkosky, Caroline Radyk and Janice (Mark) Godbey; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a brother, Nick Radyk.
