Ruth F. Spicer (nee Woelfer), 94, of Elyria passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 O'Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville. She was born February 3, 1925 in Elyria . Ruth enjoyed casino trips, volunteering at the former Elyria United Methodist Home (Wesleyan Village), and spending time with family. Survivors include her daughter Diana (William) Posey; grandchildren June (Todd) Lusher, Richard Walker Jr.; great-grandchildren Emily Alcorn, Anthony Lusher, Megan (Nathan) Summers, Kate Lusher, Max Walker; 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Cliff C. Spicer; daughters Roberta Bullocks, Ellen Walker, April Spicer; great- granddaughter Madison Walker; sister Marie; brothers Donnie, Doug.
