Ruth D. Nash (nee: Burgenheim), age 89, of Grafton, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2023. She was born on November 19, 1933 in Amherst, OH to parents Walter and Thelma (nee: Werner). Ruth graduated from Eaton High School in 1952 and later graduated as a Registered Nurse from Elyria Memorial Hospital M.B. Johnson School of Nursing in 1955. She married her high-school sweetheart Donald on September 10, 1955. Ruth was a lifelong member of the North Eaton Christian Church, and also a member of the LaGrange chapter of the Order of Eastern Stars. Survivors include her sons Gary of Elyria, Kevin of Grafton, and daughter Pamela (Nolan) True of Grafton. She was preceded in death by her husband, and her son Brett. A memorial service will be held at Noon on Friday, March 24, 2023 at North Eaton Christian Church, 35895 Royalton Road, Grafton, OH 44044.  Rev. David T. Chafin will officiate. A private burial at Butternut Ridge Cemetery will be held at a later date.
