RoseMarie Iski (nee: Lemon) died unexpectedly on October 25, 2018 at University Hospital of Cleveland. She was 79 years old. Although we miss her terribly, she is at rest and no longer in pain. There are not enough words to describe the wonderful life of RoseMarie. Wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she brought happiness to everyone around her. A wonderful Christian woman, her priorities in life were faith, family, friends and her furry friends. She was a gifted artist; passionate about her artwork as she did many drawings and paintings for others. RoseMarie donated countless hours at her church, the library, and her favorite charity ATRA (Airedale Terrier Rescue and Adoption) An avid reader, she would read a novel in just as few days. She especially loved the holidays and the traditions of decorating, preparing meals, and giving gifts to all her family and friends. RoseMarie will be most remembered by everyone for her extraordinary kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. RoseMarie is survived by her husband of sixty years; George, her children Gregory, Bradley, and Robyn Iski Harris (Don), a grandson; Donald Alexander (Alex) Harris. She is also survived by two brothers; Robert Lemon of Colorado and Michael Gray of Alaska. RoseMarie was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Ruth (nee: Grant) Lemon. She was born and raised in Detroit, MI, where she married George and moved to Elyria in 1964. A Celebration of RoseMarie's life will be 3:00 PM Saturday November 10, 2018 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time of services at 3:00 PM. Pastor Chet Beetler will officiate.
