Ronald Vincent Phillips, 56, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born July 7, 1965 in Elyria and was a graduate of Murray Ridge School. Survivors include his mother, Judi Hall (nee Billman); step-father, Kenneth Hall Sr.; sister, Sarah (Brett) Thompson; step-sisters, Dr. Nicole Zvosecz (Daniel Carmichael), Katie Zvosecz ( Samuel Stoddard); step-brothers, Kenneth lHall Jr. ( Melissa), Richard Hall (Tonya). Several nieces and nephews, also survived by many staff and friends at the Engrem Home. He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Phillips.
