Ronald R. Modock, 78, of Grafton entered into his heavenly home Thursday, March 1, 2018 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake following a lengthy illness. He was born January 22, 1940 in Pleasant City, OH. and was a 1958 graduate of Elyria Catholic High School. Ronald was the owner of Ron's Barber Shop on Cleveland Street in Elyria. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Amherst, where he was an usher and a member of the Growth Group Bible Study. Ron was a fast pitch softball pitcher, loved the Cleveland Indians, working around the house and yard, but his greatest pleasure was being with family especially his grandkids. Survivors include his wife of 46 years Dotti (nee Moore); daughters Amy (Sean) Jackson of Amherst' and Alison (Steve) Comer of N. Ridgeville; grandchildren Zach, Ben, Allie, and Sammy; sister Ann Hulin of Medina; Brother Basil of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Anna (nee Chippi); sister Helen Hodge; brother Tom.
