Ronald E. "Bub" Simpkins Jr. 51, of Grafton passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 28, 2023.  He was born April 5, 1972 in Ilion, NY.  Ron worked as a sprinkler technician in fire loss prevention.  He loved doing construction work and was a talented handyman. Ron enjoyed going to Bootleggers in Columbia Station, and enjoyed cooking for family and friends; he was also an avid Cleveland Browns fan.  Survivors include his wife of sixteen years; Kathleen A. "Kat" (nee: Giordano), his children; Heather Simpkins of Amherst, Jeena Setlock (Nathan Boskovich) of Parma, Cody Miller (Jackie) of Amherst, Johnny Setlock (Andrea) of Spencer, additional survivors include his grandchildren; Silas, Vinny, Wyatt, Aiden, Keiran  sisters; Lisa (Chris), Misty, his brothers; Mikey, and Michael (Barb), Eddie, and his best furry friend; Baxter.  Ron was preceded in death by his parents; Ronald E. Sr. and Sharon Penman(nee: Wellington) Simpkins.
