Rollins "Jr." Logsden 59, of Grafton went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday August 6, 2014. He was born September 13, 1954 in Portland, ME. Rollins served in the United States Coast Guard and had worked for Zion Industries as a shipping clerk. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren and family, working around the house, and watching NASCAR. Survivors include his wife of forty years; Barbara (nee: Green), two daughters; Jennifer Lebanik (Brian) of Olmsted Twp., Michelle Taylor (James) of Olmsted Falls, a son; Christopher Logsden (Samantha) of Amherst. Additional survivors include four grandchildren, his parents; Clark C. and Nina V. (nee: Beal) Logsden of Powderly, TX., two sisters; Claudine Sharp (William) of Reno, TX, Kathi Asmus (James Lee) of Paris, TX, a brother; Clark D. Logsden (Jennifer) of Powderly, TX. Family will receive friends 1-4 PM Sunday August 10, 2014 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday August 11, 2014. Pastor James Duelley of Foursquare Church in Elyria will officiate. Burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery in Eaton Twp. where V.F.W. Post # 1079 will provide full military honors.
