Rodney Paul Poulton, 68, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. He was born April 1, 1951 Elyria , OH. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling , camping, big sports fan (Especially OSU football), and spending time with family. He was a member of LaGrange Lodge F& AM #399 and Valley of Cleveland Scottish Rite. Survivors include his daughters Amanda (Brian) Tyras of Rochester, OH., Carly Wrayne-Poulton of Elyria; sons Trevor (Kristin) and Joshua both of Elyria; grandchildren Alana and Stetson Tyras, Fox and Delilah Poulton; sister Rhonda Riffle of Spencer; brothers Darrell and Bryan " Uncle Buck" both of Elyria; former wife Judy (nee Conger). He was preceded in death by his parents John Jr. and Jessie Poulton (nee Ensminger); sister Cynthia Smith; brother Johnny.
