Roberta L. Phillips (nee: Evans) (formerly: Zvosecz) 58, of Elyria passed away Sunday October 23, 2011 at EMH Health Care in Elyria following a long illness. She was born May 1, 1953 in Ft. Wayne, IN. Roberta retired as a Training Officer for The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. She was a member of St. Agnes Church, and treasured spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband; Vincent R. , three daughters; Dr. Nicole L. Zvosecz (Dr. Dan Carmichael) of Baltimore, MD., Katie A. Zvosecz of Columbus, OH., Sarah R. Phillips of Elyria, a son; Ronald V. Phillips of Elyria. Additional survivors include two grandchildren; Peyton and Serenity, a sister Dr. Toni I. Evans (Richard Welsh) of Charlotte, NC., four brothers; Harry Evans Jr. (Janet) of Lake Charles, LA., Dr. Stephen Evans (Mary Alice) of Sheffield Lake, Judge George Evans (Kim) of Knoxville, TN, John Evans (Pam) of Cape Coral, FL, stepmother; Dr. Barbara Evans of Lorain, and her husband of twenty years; Joseph Zvosecz of St. Clairsville, OH.
