Robert D. Shutts Jr. 48, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly at his home Saturday April 28, 2012. He was born February 17, 1964 in Cleveland. Bob had served in the United States Marine Corps., and was a journeyman pattern maker by trade. He loved his dog; Nellie, and enjoyed fixing and racing cars. Survivors include a daughter; Megan M. Boggus (Matthew) of Columbus, OH., a son; Corey R. of Elyria. Additional survivors include his parents; Robert D. Sr. and Maureen C. (nee: Goldstone) Shutts, two sisters; Deborah A. Yasosky (John) of Maple Grove, MN, Robyn L. Woodman of Elyria, and his beloved girlfriend of fifteen years; Diane M. Diedrick of Elyria.
