Robert J. "Bob" Casper, 61, of Sheffield Township passed away unexpectedly on Saturday June 26, 2021 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center. He was born June 27, 1959 in Fairview Park and was a lifelong local resident. Bob worked at the Ferro Corporation in Cleveland for 32 years, retiring from the shipping and receiving department. He enjoyed working with his hands, camping and spending time with his family. Survivors include his second wife of 12 years, Alyce (nee-Keane);first wife of 26 years, Vicki Piatt (nee-Kirkcaldy); daughters, Whitney (Chris) Hubbard and Melissa Montgomery; son, Ryan (Holly) Casper; grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie, Makennah, Hunter and Landon; sisters, Linda Scully and Doreen (Mitch) Surman; brothers, Alvin Jr. (Christine) Casper and Tim Casper; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Sr. and Dorothy Casper. A Celebration of Life Memorial Cookout in his honor will be on Saturday July 24, 2021 from 3:00-7:00 p.m..
