Robert M. "Bob" Haas, 60, of Elyria passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. He was born August 13, 1961 in Elyria. Bob was a firefighter for the City of Lorain and also worked for LifeCare Ambulance services of Elyria. He was a member of Amvets post # 32. Bob proudly served his Country in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne. Survivors include his wife Shannon (nee Sumner); daughters, Ashli Donahue, Britany Dittmer; sons, Adam Haas, Allen Haas, Bradley D'Incau, Sean Hamlin and Jeremy Hamlin; 3 grandchildren; sisters Karen and Diane; brother, Bill; and the family of Britany and Bradley. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626, where firefighter honor guard of Lorain and full military honors will be provided by Amvets post # 32. Graveside services 11 AM Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery (Rittman).
