Richard William, Keiper, 76 of Elyria passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. He was born February 13, 1945 in Norfolk, Virginia. Richard was an electrician and worked for Cargill Salt Mine. He enjoyed fishing, listening to the radio, talking on the ham radio, and doing projects around the home. Survivors include his former wife Cheryl (nee Smith); sons, Robert and Michael Keiper; grandchildren, Jennifer and Thoma Abram; great grandchildren, Caiden, Evan and Skylar; sisters, Barb Delgado and Patricia Stutler. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl Keiper and Beatrice Cook; daughter, Beverly Keiper; sister, Karen. All funeral services and burial were held. Pastor Arik Borstad officiated.
