Richard Edward Fayak III 24 of Elyria passed away Suddenly on August 29, 2015.He was born February 5, 1991 in Elyria , and he was a 2010 graduate of North Ridgeville High School. Ricky enjoyed sports and hanging out with his friends. Survivors include his parents Richard Jr. and Terri Logan (nee Zelinka) , sister Heather Fayak of Lakewood , brother Ryan Fayak of Elyria , paternal grandfather Richard Sr. , several Aunts and Uncles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joseph and Peggy Zelinka (nee Schie)and paternal grandmother Martha.
