Richard D. "Dick" Schall ,97, of Carlisle Twp. passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at his residence. He was born June 2, 1922 in Apollo, PA. Richard worked for 36 years as an aircraft mechanic for Trans World Airlines. He was a lifemember of Vandergrift VFW in PA., Elyria American Legion, Elyria Amvets. Richard proudly served his Country in the Army Air Corps. He was a graduate of the Pittsburh Institute of Aeronautics. Survivors include his daughter Sandra (Dwight) Squire of Grafton ; son James ( Mary Beth) Schall of Sullivan; grandchildren Tyler and Kaitlyn Squire, Jim Schall, John Osborn; 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives Martha (nee Goodbread) and Janice (nee Alexander).
