Richard D. "Rick" Murawski 66, of LaGrange passed away surrounded by his loving family at home following a brief illness. He was born March 9, 1954 in Elyria. Rick had worked in maintenance as a project manager at Ferragon Corporation for 37 years. He was a "jack of all trades", Rick and his father built the home that he lived in. Rick loved entertaining family and friends whom he cherished. He enjoyed Cleveland sports and golfing. Survivors include his wife of forty one years; Debbie L. (nee: Moulder), three daughters; Jennifer L. Beljan (Todd) of Lorain, Lisa D. Gandee (Lonnie) of LaGrange. Melanie D. Hohmann (Ben) of LaGrange. Additional survivors include six grandchildren, Tyler, Rachael, Jordan, Nolan, Eastin, Sawyer, and three sisters; Carol Roswell (Chet) of Elyria, Marcia Machovina (Bill) of Elyria, Sherri Crawford (Jerry) of Wakeman, and a brother; Jack Murawski of Amherst. Rick was preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Eileen (nee: Mahl) Murawski. A celebration of Rick's life will be held 2:30 PM Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the family residence where friends may call from 2-5 PM. Burial will be private.
