Rhonda Jane Norman (nee: Wise) 58, of Elyria passed away Monday April 1, 2024 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center following a long illness.  She was born July 31, 1965 in Lorain.  Rhonda's family and church were the center of her life; she enjoyed keeping her home in perfect order, and will be missed by all who knew her.  Survivors include her husband of thirty five years; Dan, a daughter; Mileena Jane Norman of Sandusky, a son; Nolan Shane Norman of Elyria. Additional survivors include her mother and stepfather; Martha Jane Herman (nee: Sexton), Phillip Herman of Elyria, three sisters; Ginger Herman (Gary) of Lorain, Amanda Denevic of Willoughby, Kathy Rakovec (Jim) of Wooster, four brothers; Edward Wise (Kalyn) of New London, Jason Herman (Davina) of North Canton, Jerry Herman (Lydia) of Oberlin, Eathan Herman of Lakewood. Rhonda was preceded in death by her father; Charles E. Wise, and two brothers; Bobby and Alex Herman. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday April 6, 2024 at A Fresh Wind Church 45155 Telegraph Rd. Elyria, OH 44035 where the family will receive friends on Friday April 5, 2024 from 4-7 PM and on Saturday April 6, 2024 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM. Pastor Timothy Holt will officiate. Burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery in Eaton Township. The family suggests that memorial contributions in Rhonda's memory be sent to  A Fresh Wind Church.
