Reford W. "Wreno" Adair, 81, of Elyria passed away Friday October 2, 2020 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born May 17, 1939 in Lawrenceburg, TN. And was an Elyria resident for most of his life. Wreno worked at the Ridge Tool Company in Elyria for 35 years, retiring in 2001 as a job setter. He enjoyed fishing, camping and was an animal lover. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Bertha; sons, Rick (Becky) Adair, Jeff (Cindy) Adair and Doug Adair; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday October 7, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Per CDC guidelines social distancing will be observed and facial covering must be worn. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
