Rebecca Ann Burrer (nee: Glover), 66, of Elyria, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. She was born on August 4, 1957 to parents John Jr. and Ann (nee: Darragh) in Lorain. Rebecca graduated from LCCC with an Associate's degree and worked at Cutting Dynamics in quality control. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and traveling. Survivors include her daughters; Staci (Tommy) Stowers and Courtney (Josh) Hengartner; brothers, John J. (Terri) Glover III and John P. Glover of Florida; grandchildren, Kayla and Hailey Stowers, and Peyton Hengartner; companion Dallas Deal. Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd (at State Rt 57) from 4 PM – 7 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
