Raymond Christopher Orgel 47, of Columbia Station passed away unexpectedly Sunday July 2, 2017 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. He was born September 1, 1969 in Berea and was a graduate of Columbia High School. Raymond was a member of Carpenters Union local # 435. He enjoyed hunting, camping, outdoor sports, gardening, remodeling, socializing,the bible, a great love for his children and grandchild, Raymond was well loved by all and had an infectious smile. Survivors include his parents Gary and Deborah Orgel (nee Dadko); brother Rodney(Julie) Orgel of Sullivan; daughters Kayla Orgel and Madison Hasenstaub both of Columbia Station; sons Jacob Orgel of Columbia Station, Zachariah Orgel of Grafton; grandchild Kylie Ventura; Companion and friend Mary Hasenstaub; Zachariah's mother Karen Hanlin; aunt Emily Mason and many friends. Family will receive friends Friday 4 PM until time of Celebration of Life at 8PM at the VFW post # 9340 25742 Royalton Rd. Columbia Station, Ohio 44028. Pastor Dominic Vervell will officiate.Donations may be made to the the Orgel family c/o the Funeral Home.
