Raymond D. Hutton, 82, of Elyria passed away Sunday December 24, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice following a long illness. He was born April 19, 1935 in Shelocta, PA. and was a Elyria resident for most of his life. Ray worked at United Airlines, retiring in 1994. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Elyria. Survivors include his wife, Christine; daughter, Lynn (Mike) Radca; son, Brian Hutton; grandchildren, Kristy Douris, Shannon Hutton, Rachel Cerbone and Zach Hutton; sister, Donna Tinik; brother, Richard Hutton; He was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Koslen and a brother, Hoot Hutton. A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date. Private inurnment will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
