Raymond Michael Boris

Raymond M. Boris passed away on May 29, 2026 at age 95. He was a proud United States Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict followed by eight years in the Naval Reserves. He lived in Lorain County, graduating from Clearview High School in 1948 and retiring from B.F. Goodrich. He as a founding parishioner and usher at St. Vincent DePaul Church and a member of the Holy Name Society and knights of St. John. He enjoyed fishing, his pets, being a fan of The Ohio State University football team, and listening to music.

He is survived by his five children Randy, Kathy, Ronald, Melinda and Gene; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, plus cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Rose Marie, his parents Michael and Stella Boris, sister, Benice Stumphauzer, and brother, Allen Boris.

Services will be private. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Seville, OH..
