Phoebe Ann Posey (nee: Moore) 94, of LaGrange passed away Tuesday July 23, 2013 following a short illness. She was born August 6, 1918 in Clay County, WV, and has been a resident of the area since 1950. Phoebe was a member of LaGrange United Methodist Church, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, and had lived in Bonita Springs, FL for several years. Survivors include two daughters; Norma Fisher of Valley City, Barbara Williams (Ted) of Naples, FL., two sons; Bernie (Diana) of Elyria, Roger (Sharon) of LaGrange, additional survivors include nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Phoebe was preceded in death by her husband; Ray in 1999, a grandson; Glen Fisher, her parents; John and Ann (nee: Beasley) Moore, a sister; Opal Sears, and a brother; Denzel Cruckshanks. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday July 26, 2013 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
